Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package or VIP ticket and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the Hampton Coliseum website.

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Travel Package or VIP Program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on Hampton Coliseum availability. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the travel package or VIP program, please reach out to us through the Contact Form immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include your name, package name and your order number when reaching out to us.

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

After the original purchaser receives their tickets in their Ticketmaster account in the weeks leading up to the event, they have the opportunity to transfer ticket(s) to an alternative guest. Please find more details on how to transfer tickets via mobile and desktop here

Your order will be available for pick up at the hotel with a photo ID and email confirmation. If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else you will need to reach out to us using the email address you had used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name. Please reach out to us through the Contact Form and notify us of the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update their reservation.Once you have notified us, the new package holder will be able to pick up their event passes, check into their hotel room and pick up their event merchandise at the hotel associated with their travel package!

How and where will I receive my tickets for Goosemas 2023?

We have entered the digital age, and we’re going to make things easier for you. All tickets for Goose will be digital. You will receive your digital tickets in your Ticketmaster account within a few weeks of the event taking place. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your VIP tickets or Travel Package to receive your tickets in your Ticketmaster account.

Travel Packages

How do I place my order?

All Goosemas Travel Packages must be purchased online. Travel Packages will go on sale on Wednesday, June 21st at 10AM ET. After you click your desired Travel Package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Do Travel Packages include show tickets for both nights?

Yes! All Travel Packages include tickets to see Goose on both Friday, December 8th and Saturday, December 9th at the Hampton Coliseum.

Does the Goosemas Travel Package have an age restriction?

Yes, Goosemas Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the show, however the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

How do I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise must be picked up on-site at your hotel. We will make this easy for you at hotel check-in, with further instructions provided closer to the event. Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website is the price for two (2) guests, not including taxes and fees.

Is there a payment plan for the Travel Package?

Yes, there is a payment plan for the travel package! An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing your package and a final 40% payment will be automatically deducted on August 15, 2023. If you purchase after August 15, 2023, you will be charged the full payment at the time of your purchase. This is an automatic payment plan, meaning you’re on the plan simply by clicking “purchase!”

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with each hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time. 100x abides by the hotel’s standard policy:

What parking is available at the hotel?

100x Travel Packages for Goosemas do not include parking. Please visit each hotel’s respective website for information and rates regarding parking. 

  • Embassy Suites by Hilton Hampton Convention Center: Offers on-site self-parking for $5.00 per day
  • Courtyard by Marriott Hampton Coliseum Central: Offers complimentary on-site parking

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue:

  • Embassy Suites by Hilton Hampton Convention Center: 0.5 miles / 3 minutes driving / 8 minutes walking
  • Courtyard by Marriott Hampton Coliseum Central: 0.6 miles / 3 minutes driving / 10 minutes walking

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can contact us directly through this website to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate!
All requests must be submitted to 100x no later than November 24th in order for us to try and accommodate with the hotel.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details.

VIP Packages

How do I place my order?

All Goosemas VIP tickets must be purchased online. VIP tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, June 21st at 10AM ET. After you click your desired VIP package you will be directed to our ticketing partners to complete your order.

How will I know where my seats will be at Hampton Coliseum?

Goosemas 2023 is an entirely General Admission show. By purchasing a TED VIP or Super TED VIP ticket, you will receive a General Admission ticket with Early Entry so you can choose your seat or spot on the floor, PLUS the additional VIP elements.

How do I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise must be picked up on-site at the venue during the VIP check-in experience. We will make this easy for you at the venue check-in, with further instructions provided closer to the event. Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

Is parking included with my VIP ticket?

No, parking is not included with any of the VIP experiences. Please visit the Hampton Coliseum website for all parking details.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as a VIP ticket?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to VIP areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase and be sure to filter on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP Package.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased VIP ticket?

All 100x VIP tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details.
